The guide will meet you at the Marrakech airport and you will transfer to the hotel. If you have time, we recommend that you take a walk to start learning about the place.
In the morning, after breakfast, the guide will pick you up and we will make the transfer in the assistance vehicle to the northern area of the Western High Atlas. Upon reaching Imi-n’Tanout, we will begin the route with a good climb where we will gain altitude through a beautiful climb of twenty kilometers to reach the highest point of the stage: 1537m altitude. At the top, we will enjoy the excellent views before beginning a pleasant and long descent that will take us to today’s small hotel.
After a good breakfast, we will start pedaling gently to another peak of the day at 1500m. Once at the top, we begin a descent between terraces of almond trees with views of a small gorge to our left. We continue the descent along the river before facing a short but hard climb that will take us to the beautiful town of Iguer. From here, you will pedal through beautiful Barbary Thuya forests to the Assif palm grove. After a rest, we will start the “challenging” climb of the day that will put our physical condition to the test: a winding 14 km climb. The effort will be worth it for the views of the valley that you will find above.
Today you will have the opportunity to pedal through the highlands through beautiful mountain slopes and typical villages of the area. You will advance through mountainous landscapes and argan forests before reaching the incredible oasis of the Nker Valley. You will take an unforgettable walk in the shade of old palm trees along the riverbed. As you leave the oases, you will begin the long and hard climb to the Imouzzer waterfalls. The road winds and gains height quickly with great views of the villages and oases. We arrived at our little hotel after a great day of cycling.
Today will be the last day of pedaling through a descending profile route where you will continue to see a great landscape. After a short ascent you will go down to the heart of the Paraíso Valley. You will see a river that lives up to its name, with abundant palm trees and natural pools carved out by the force of the water. After a gentle stretch to Aqsri, you will pedal alongside the slope where you can see the Atlantic Ocean. The last section of descent is magnificent, when we reach the outskirts of Agadir, we will climb the mythical Kasbah, nothing better to finish the cycling trip through Morocco. After the group photo, we will make a transfer to get to our hotel by the sea.
Depending on the flight schedule, a transfer to Marrakech airport is arranged for your return flight.
