On the first day we will pass through the beautiful Val S-charl, the picturesque village of S-charl and the Swiss pine forest of Tamangur.
A beautiful path through lush pine forests will take us to Pass da Costainas before crossing the coniferous forest at Lü in Münstertal. Upon arrival, the Müstair monastery, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, is worth a visit.
The second day will be a tough day through the Val Mora, a wild valley considered one of the most impressive in Switzerland. Then we will go down a stony path towards Italy, following a fantastic route between lakes, rivers and valleys.
Returning to Switzerland, we will have the opportunity to pedal through the Bernina pass, with fun descents through mountain pastures. All this in an idyllic setting next to the Piz Palü and Piz Bernina glaciers up to St. Moritz.
Today’s stage will be a tough stage, since in a few km the unevenness gained is a lot and demanding. But you’ve come to that, and the scenery is worth it!
The highlight of the tour is a trail through the lakes of the Upper Engadine and their impressive views of Isola. From Val Bregaglia, an old mule trail leads us through the Septimerpass.
As a final culmination, this short stage will take us out of the valley along a fast forest path until we reach a Roman path located on a raised terrace with beautiful views. We will finish the stage by entering Tiefencastel.
