Being the longest in Andalusia with 128 kilometers, this cycling holiday is perfect to discover the Olive Oil Greenway by bike. Which is also one of the most important routes in Spain.

With its 13 impressive metal viaducts as its insignia, it crosses the provinces of Jaén and Córdoba accompanied by wonderful views of olive groves.

Since the construction of the first section, the “oil train”, was completed in 1881, this line served to transport not only oil, but also served to transport coal, lead and other metals. Now it has been adapted for the practice of cycling on a smooth route and off the roads.

You can choose to do it in three different versions depending on the number of stages:

Any of the options to travel the Vía Verde del Aceite by bicycle will be a very beautiful getaway with few slopes that we recommend for families, people or groups who are not used to pedaling. They are simple, varied stages with a lot of historical and landscape load.
