After a good breakfast, we will start the trip along the southern coast of Switzerland in Untersee, seeing many typical villages in the area.
Afterwards, we will continue along the Höri peninsula to Stein am Rhein, full of curious houses adorned with frescoes. You will love the scenery today.
In the second stage, we will continue exploring the romantic Höri peninsula. And it is that, for something the famous painter Otto Dix and the well-known author Hermann Hesse considered this place their home.
When you arrive in the imperial city of Radolfzell, you’d better take some time to rest and tackle the only major uphill of the trip. It will be after crossing Bodanrück and there will be no more climbs on the trip!
During the first part of the stage we will discover fabulous vineyards that will keep us company during the pedaling. We will also see the baroque church of Birnau and the medieval town of Meersburg, where a visit to the castle is recommended. In the city of Friedrichshafen, the curious “Zeppelin Museum” is worth a visit before continuing to cycle through various vegetable plantations to Kressbronn.
After breakfast, today he will take us to Bregenz in Austria, known worldwide for its festival that takes place on the largest floating stage in the world.
After passing Höchst, we will cross the border to reach today’s destination.
Today will be the last day of cycling on Lake Constance. We will arrive at Romanshorn, and we will go to Constance through numerous villages with very curious wooden houses.
To finish, we recommend getting lost in the streets of Constanza, visiting the old town and eating an ice cream next to the port …
